My name is Evelyn Rutstein. I was trained by the International Coach Academy, and am a member of the ICF (International Coach Federation). http://www.coachfederation.org/ICF/

I am a certified professional coach who is a wife, mother and grandmother, with 3 adult children. My eldest is married, and she and her husband have a baby girl. Ah, the magic of a new soul. My older son is married  to a wonderful girl who I consider my daughter. My youngest is now engaged to a wonderful girl, who I look forward to having as a daughter.

I have gone through most transitions a woman experiences in life; From career to empty nest, and many in- between.

I was born and raised in the New England area, and live in Connecticut. with my husband. Having received my master's in social work, I have worked with the elderly ,as well as families with troubled children. Over the years I have served as coordinator of a major volunteer organization in my community; leading a group that volunteers for those in need of extra help. Through all this experience I recognize the unique needs, and challenges that people have. My biggest challenge was being employed by my husband, working as his office manager, and making our relationship thrive at the same time. I am passionate, motivated, caring, easy to talk to, and full of integrity. I believe in strong, focused priorities, personal fulfillment, the power of listening, the strength of relationships, and the greatness in all of us.

Now that my family has grown, I would like to extend this experience to you and yours. It is my coaching techniques, which have been the most helpful, enabling me to manage my own life. With all the tools I have mastered, I have pulled myself through difficult times while keeping my sense of humor. This led me to the field of coaching which is a perfect fit, and I look forward to implementing theses skills with my coaching. I love my clients and each one has a story. How motivational and inspiring for me.

My business name comes from my belief that we can do whatever we set our mind to. Therefore, You Can Do It Life Coaching just flowed; and was born.

I love my coaching and am constantly keeping abreast of the field.

I love music, being in nature, cooking, a good novel, keeping fit and, of course, the Red Sox.
